Returns & refunds

Unused products in original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge — email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the return. Pellets with a broken seal cannot be returned.
